Returns & Exchange

All Sales are Final.

Due to the nature of most of our products (small order) all sales are final and not refundable.

​

If there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately.


If an item arrives defective or damaged please inform us within 1 week ( 7 days) from the time you have received them. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

​

All replacements must meet the following requirements.


- Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging, original form.
- Please provide us with a photo of the item and packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to 3A's Pintura.
